Founder's Office – AI Automations & Business Systems
Faym is building India's creator commerce infrastructure, working with leading e-commerce platforms, D2C brands and thousands of creators to convert content into commerce. We are now looking for someone in the Founder's Office who can help turn fast-moving execution into scalable systems. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can work directly with the founder to build AI driven operating systems across account management, operations, influencer data and reporting. This is not a coordination role. It is a builder role.
What you'll do
- Build an AI-enabled influencer CRM/database with creator profiles, category strengths, campaign history, GMV, reliability and brand fit.
- Build SOPs for account management across creator handling, brand execution, follow-ups, escalations and reporting.
- Build SOPs for operations across onboarding, campaign execution, product sourcing, reward tracking and issue resolution.
- Create daily AI-led reporting for account management and operations — including task progress, blockers, owner-wise output and risk alerts.
What we're looking for
- Tier-1 college or exceptional startup execution background.
- Strong structured thinking and problem-solving.
- Comfortable with AI tools, automation and messy data.
- Can work with ambiguity and convert chaos into systems.
- Strong communication and follow-through.
- Willing to execute deeply, not just make plans.
- Good to have: experience with tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Retool, AppScript or Looker Studio.
- Preferred background: high growth startup / consulting / business ops.
